How do I choose my size?
Measure your natural waist—the narrowest part of your torso—with the tape level and relaxed. Check our size guide before ordering. If you are between sizes, choose the larger size for comfort. You can select a different size for each brief in your set.
Can I mix colors and sizes?
Absolutely. Choose a 2, 4 or 6 brief set, then select the color and size of every brief. Choose from Black, Beige, Navy, Lilac, Purple and Fuchsia pink, in XS–5XL.
Can I wear it after giving birth?
Every recovery is different. Ask your healthcare professional when compression or shapewear is suitable for you, especially after a C-section. This is an everyday shaping garment, not a medical device or treatment.
What is it made from?
The main fabric is 83% polyamide (nylon) and 17% spandex, with breathable mesh panels and a cotton-lined gusset. There is no hard boning.
How should I wash it?
Hand wash or machine wash cold on a gentle cycle in a laundry bag. Air dry. Avoid bleach, fabric softener and tumble drying to help preserve the stretch and finish.
